We’re small on purpose.
A senior software studio in Pune, India. We build web, mobile and AI products for clients — and a few of our own.
Why Navio Labs exists
Navio Labs was started by engineers who had spent years on both sides of the agency table. We’d seen the slide decks, the six-month estimates, and the juniors who turned up after the contract was signed. We’d also seen what happens when a small group of experienced people just sits down and builds the thing.
So we built a studio around the second one. The people you meet on day one write your code. We show working software every week. We price things up front. And when we’re done, you own all of it.
We also build products of our own, which keeps us honest. When you run your own software in production, you learn very quickly which shortcuts are expensive.
It always seems impossible until it’s done. That’s the part we love.
